Chronic Care

A chronic illness is any disease or condition that lasts a year or more, requires continuous medical management, or limits the activities of daily life.

At MacGregor Family Physicians we treat a wide range of chronic illnesses.  Diabetes, Hypertension, High Cholesterol, Arthritis, Asthma, Heart Disease, and COPD are just to name a few.

There are times when a patient may need to see a specialist for more in-depth treatment of a chronic condition. When this occurs, we will refer and coordinate care between our office and that of the specialist.
