Ultrasounds

Ultrasounds use high-frequency sound waves to create an image of the inside of the body. They can provide useful information in the diagnosis and treatment of illness..

Some of the ultrasounds performed in our office are:  thyroid, soft tissue, abdominal, echocardiogram, testicular, venous and arterial flow ultrasounds.  Ultrasounds are performed in our office on Tuesdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon by a certified ultrasound technician.  These images are then read by an outside cardiologist or by a radiologist depending on the type of ultrasound you had performed.
